Welkintown is a medium sized town on the Emerald Road, it is a hub betweent he 3 cities of Carkon, SteepStone and Lindaphal making it very wealthy. Welkintown has a variety of luxury goods at it's disposal. Originally more Arnish and sworn to House Tyfon, it shifted hands to the Wailes after the conquest.
