Victouran
The 2nd largest settlement in the Noureen wood, the ancient town of Victouran was once surounded by forrest, but as the Karkoni's expanded their bounderies shrunk. They have had many conflicts with the karkoni's and gone through many ruling families, but the town still fights on.
