Sootscale Kobolds

The kobolds that make their living within The Stolen Lands are known for their soot-colored scales, hence "Sootscale."
As of late they have been agitated regarding an incident and it has gotten to the point where they would be a potential nuisance if left unchecked. As such the Swordlords of Brevoy have tasked the heroes with investigating the Sootscale tribe.
The tribe lives within the Sootscale Caverns which is an old abandoned silver mine formerly known as "Oaktop Silver Mine."

Mikmek is from the Sootscale tribe.
