Jubilost Narthopple
Jubilost Narthopple is a gnomish explorer that was first encountered along the Skunk river after saving his expedition.
He is a professional cartographer and as thanks for their assistance, offered to sell his maps as half price. Although with his penchant for a hard bargain that doesn't seem to be a standing offer.
He has expressed an interest in the fledgling nation of The Free Republic of Ista due to the exploration charter being aligned with his goals.
