Gokudo

The Extreme Path

Gokudo is a secretive criminal organization. They are seen as anti-Imperial terrorists who will commit any atrocity if they feel it will harm the Celestial Empire. They are known to engage in a variety of other criminally illicit activities.
Decent citizens do not speak of this foul organization. And even those who would speak of them do so in hushed whispers.

Structure

The Gokudo is separated into small cells of three to five individuals. Each cell works independantly from the others, with limited contact with only a few other cells
