Dr Constance Park (a.k.a. Whispers)

Youngest child of the Park family (majority share holders of Winston-Park Global). Dr Park eschwed her siblings financial interests for a more 'humanitarian' pursuit of medicine. She has taken in her late fathers shoes, who died mysteriously during an experiment. The focus of her work is the psychology of Shifted, and Park acts as director of the Underhill Behavior Health Institute.
Unknown to anyone including her own family, Park is Shifted herself. She is able to plant subliminal commands through common conversation. The longer she is able to talk, the more radical these commands can be, in some cases resulting in her subjects taking their own lives.
