The Jeweled Bridge

The Jeweled Bridge is a grand bridge that stretches between the Crimson Court and the Golden Court, the two palace grounds belonging to the Crimson Monarch and the Golden Monarch. The bridge stretches over the artificial river called The Glimmering Waters, is 225 feet long, 40 feet wide, and encrusted in precious stones. The riverbed is likewise embedded in large jewels, both of which is regularly expertly cleaned to help them keep their shine despire all the wear. The court floors beyond the marble walls and obsidian gates are covered in large slabs of gleaming stone, and everything isa lit by green fire lamps; obelisks covered in ancient scripture line the middle of the rivee, likewise lit up by the green fire.
