Pirate's Bay

Pirate's Bay is a bay once ruled by pirates, hence the name. While there are still descendants of the pirates living in the area, there are not any pirates in charge any more. It is now a warm, hospitable place for people to visit when they need a change of pace, a break from rough-housing, and banditry. Perhaps because it once was ruled by pirates, it's not a place with very little crime, and no death.
