The Rift
Home of Anomalies
Geography
Not much of the actual land of the Rift can be mapped out. However, it seems that the Rift glows a dark blue, and is filled with many, many pieces of dirt, buildings, and scenes that float around in any manner.
It is unclear if these pieces are parts of time, or places from other dimensions, or both.

Fauna & Flora
While there isn't much that we can discover about the Rift ourselves, we can observe various shadowy trees and ferns.
The "fauna" of the Rift, called anomalies, can be of wide variety. From large, giant-like beings, humanoids, and wisps of being, there appears to be a large amount of things living in the Rift.

History
There have been reports since the beginning of recorded history of "cuts in the fabric of realty." It seems that people claim to see figures come out of these tears, only to be sucked back in after some time. There are also reports of enraged beings coming through, ones that wreck mild havoc before being forced to return to the Rift. As such, any anomalies are inspected and determined either dangerous or safe whenever a new tear opens before it gets stitched closed by a team on The Rift-Stitcher.
The first offical case of an illness from the Rift is the identified Rift Sickness by Clairnent in 2835 First Eclipse Era.
