Ergoth Vorth II

Emperor Ergoth Corrum Vorth, Second of his Name (a.k.a. The Aggressor)

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Ergoth was only ten years old when his father Ergoth Vorth was killed in an accident. He suddenly found himself in complete control of The United Empire, or so he thought. Truthfully, he is but a puppet to the Imperial Council and to his mother, his strings pulled by warmongers in a bid for complete world control.   Almost immediately after his father's funeral began the grooming, Ergoth's every step both watched and judged. Unsure how to run an Empire, Ergoth was regularly counseled on which decisions to make, and, being too young to know any better, simply did what he was told. For four years he made rulings decided upon by his mother and the Imperial Council. It was these decision that eventually lead to the beginning of The Trench Wars.

Education

Though freely educated before his father's death, once Ergoth II was made Emperor, that quickly changed. His tutelage became heavily curated by the Council and by his mother, Sariah Vorth. They decided what Ergoth did and didn't need to know, and quickly removed anything that might make him less susceptible to manipulation from the curriculum.

Mental Trauma

As Ergoth gets older, it becomes more and more clear that something is wrong, though he can't quite place it. The years of manipulation have left his confidence in tatters, and he tries to make up for that with irrational bursts of angry energy.
