SIG M17/M18
In 2017, the US Armed Forces would name SIG Sauer as the winner of their Modular Handgun System trials, thus adopting a modified version of the P320 handgun as their new standard issue sidearm. This handgun has two designations, the M17 for the full-sized model and the M18 for the shorter carry-length model. Improvements over the standard P320 include ambidexterous controls, improved slide and trigger assemblies, and a slide cutout to accomodate a reflex sight. Factory 21 round extended magazines are a common addition to these pistols.
*The M18 variant of this weapon has a -1 Concealability Modifier
- Lots of these floating around post-Ghost Dance War. UCAS, CAS, and NAN militaries use them as training pistols pretty frequently, and some still see field use.
