Run 1: First Run Report
General Summary
The group was assembled for the first time to take a job from a Johnson specifically looking for new runners. He hired the group to retrieve a stolen vehicle prototype and bring it back into the city. The group tracked down the prototype, tricked the scrappers who had stolen it, and made your grand escape. There were some complications with steering it through the water and up to the designated meeting point, due in large part to the shoddy construction of the prototype, but the group succeeded, and delivered the vehicle to the Johnson.
Notes from H: Clean run, that's what I like to see. The Johnson was happy with your work, had no real complaints. He did let me know that you haggled pretty heavily on prices, but hey we all gotta make a living. Keep up work like that and you'll make a good name for yourself in no time.

Hype for Euphoria: Famed simsense actress Euphoria has been hinting at a major release set to come out in the near future. Riding the success of her most recent release, "Final Fling", Euphoria has publicly spoken about her ambitions to further her career. She famously separated from her long-time co-star Hans Vandenburg during the production of the last film, and indicated that she plans to continue her solo act, at least for the time being.
Tensions between Dragons: The plains of the Northern Crescent, one of the bigger regions of the California Free State, once again burned beneath the wings of famed Great Western Dragon Lofwyr. The Saeder-Krupp CEO claims that the attack was to deter criminals attempting to disrupt the running of his megacorporation and were living in the area. Fellow Great Dragon Hestaby, whose home in Mount Shasta is located nearby, claims that the attack was meant to intimidate her, while Dunkelzahn, another fellow dragon and host of Wyrn Talks, decried Lofwyr for his aggresive stance on metahumans.
Arcology Brownouts: The Renraku Arcology, located in the heart of Seattle, once again experienced a series of brownouts this week. Officials from Renraku state that the brownouts are due to problems with expansion within the arcology, which should stabilise in the next few weeks. They also refused to give any sort of official statement regarding rumors of mass data exchanges through the local Matrix within the Arcology, which some sources seem to indicate is the culprit behind the brownouts. As of the most recent outage, seventeen people have been injured due to accidents associated with the outages, and another six claim to have been injured by data exchanges occuring in the Matrix.
