MAGICAL EXPERIMENTS & AN ILLUSIONARY JUNGLE
Dearest Reader,
As you may know, our beautiful archipelago is being haunted by a great deal of dangers to body and mind, we would not have it any other way, right? But it is a wonderful thing to see at least one of these dangers removed, although things seem to have taken a somewhat tragic yet predictable end. You have not heard of them for quite some time, the crew that calls itself the "Magic Missiles" has found the remnants of several other lost crews. My dearest reader, you will remember the rumours about that one little island that appeared a while ago, where no one ever returned. This crew now reports having sailed there, uncovering a great illusion. An entire jungle that was not to be found, but seen nevertheless, a mad mage performing dangerous and unsound experiments too gruesome to subject you, may dear reader, to even read them.
In the end an island of death was found and apparently dealt with. Let us all be thankful, that this nightmare is over - I wonder what the Isles have in store for us, no matter what, be assured that I will investigate, at risk to life and body - such is the life of your intrepid reporter.

ON THE BRIDGE - TODAY WITH TESSA FAIRWIND

as always I aim to bring you the newest information from all around the isles. I strive to supply you with the most relevant and most interesting information available. Today I talked with a good friend of mine, Tessa Fairwind, you may know her as the elected leader of The Council of The Open Sea, I however still remember the young girl, barely a woman, coming into my offices demanding access to my archives... I digress. She spoke of many troubling things, on which I am bound to secrecy. What she permitted me to share with you is still troubling,the great city of Atalanta is being plagued by a spree of gruesome murders! Apparently our envoy there was among the victims and needs to be replaced! My own investigations in the city have yielded no results, beyond the fact that nothing was ever stolen, even if the victims were murdered in their personal quarters, even more worriesome is the fact that some people that have been close to the victims in any way have vanished! My dearest reader, if you decide to venture into this city, I implore you to be careful and to take any precaution necessary to preserve your well being. My heart could not bear to lose any single one of you - but if you cannot be stopped from your endevaours, feel free to visit me in the local branch, you know, I love to chat with you!
