HORRIFIC MURDERS SPREADING TO TORTUGA
Dearest Reader,
today I bring you grave news! I worry for your safety my dear friends. It seems that the gruesome murders from Atalanta are now spreading onto our beautiful island as well. As we all know, life around here is dangerous and full of perils, it is not uncommon to lose somebody in fight or braw - such is the prize for our wonderful freedom. But, my dearest reader, artisans ambushed in their own workshop - grueseomely murdered and found days later, when their worried customers checked in on them.
Our beautiful has weathered much worse, of course, but in these trying times we all should be working with each other instead of fighting amongst each other, the royal threat from the mainland grows each and every day. So I implore you my friends, if you have seen or heard anything, let us know. I am lending some of myself to Sneaky Barb and Old Deathsail who will be investigating to find the culprit, that attacked the sanctity of this beautiful island. If you have seen something, come to me and I will pass it along. Only if we fight as one, only then will all of our islands be able to survive.

ON THE BRIDGE - TODAY WITH RAYAL CREAKING-BEAM

today I have visited an old friend of mine. You see, I found a really nice gem and wanted to have an experts opinion on it. So I made my way to the Clinking Coin and went to THE expert instead. We talked for a long time, remembering some old adventures which we had together.
Once we even accidentally ended up in the plane of water together, it took us months to get out of there, although we found a few very pretty amethysts, Rayal still only speaks to me in the sounds of waves and bubbles bursting underwater. The man is surprisingly good swimmer and diver! But the most interesting thing I remembered, was that only a few moments had passed when we reemerged within the Isles. Scared his crew for good, when their captain seemed to teleport to another Island! We had a good laugh about that...
Oh and do not forget, that the old bird will pay extra for high quality gemstones with a nice cut or the potential for one!
