Description
These people are to be looked for. It is hard to identify them in a crowd, they seem to be very good at blending in with regular people. You may never know if the barkeeper, sailor, miner, farmer or even prostitute right next to you is part of this crew. Sometimes one might notice a small dagger where one shouldn't be, a glance too long in a certain direction.
Psychology
As many of them seem to come from simple backgrounds and have a perceived slight against the mainland, they place great value in their twisted version of kindness and justice. Even in their personal lifes are they secretive, even their friends are often not aware of their involvment with this crew. A strong aversion against any kinf of official law can be observed.
Make-Up
Since most of them used to be simple folk, they tend to use any weapon they have at hand, many carry hidden daggers, some have aquired swords. A couple natural born spellcasters are attracted as well.
