Olmur

Personality

Olmur thinks that he is better than everyone else. He did not feel appreciated enough in the Middlelands, his work not getting enough of the well deserved recognition. He might not enjoy being in the Shifting Isles, but he considers the ruffians here to be at least a little more appreciative of his art. At least they do not snicker and sneer behind his back - he can deal with a more open hostility - at least from uncultured barbarians.

Appearance

He is a tall and slender elf, with very elongated ears, that move with every tilt of his head. The usual expression on his face can be described as "snooty".

History

Olmur used to be an artisan in the Free Cities, his particular style was however not very popular and he did not feel appreciated enough and thus moved to a place where he thinks he will get more recognition.

Profession

Olmur is an artisan by trade, dabbling in many skills and crafts. He is best known for his carvings, making exquisite statues, figureheads and oars.
He does not really enjoy making these, but it does bring in the money to fund his painting career.
The large woodcarving in a strange style he keeps in his workshop displays the gods within the Divine Theater. Looking too long at it will transport the viewer into it for a split second, potentially even showing a much deeper layer of existence, something very cold and silent.
