Softy has sailed the Shattered Teeth for many years mostly as a merchant's vessel.
He has fallen on hard times and his ship is broken in a bay near Carmen. He needs either funds or hands to get it going again.
He haunts the docks at Carmen looking for work before being shooed away by the Harbour Master.
