Kolbaz

Kolbaz was an old and cantankerous mage and a member of The Harpers in Yartar sometime after the War of the Silver Marches.
Kolbaz lived in a villa owned by The Harpers in Yartar. His duty was to protect one of teleportation circles of Krowen Valharrow's network. He always cast a hallucinatory terrain spell in order to frighten away strangers.
