The Invisible Tides

The Invisible Tides is a stretch of ocean in the Southern Tripartite that starts in the Southwest of the Solari Keys, and extend out 50 miles North of the Isle of Radiance and the Solari Archipelago, and stop about 100 miles away from Rose Valley Basin (North of Cloudless Key and West of the Peninsula of Fabled Trasures).

The waters of the Invisible Tides are extremely illusive and unstable. Only the most experiences sailors voyage through these waters, and even then it is not without risk. The tides do not rise and fall, and the sea does not indicate when a wave is swelling or crashing. They appear to be totally tranquil and like they do not move at all; an eerie stillness that completely contradicts the feelings and movements of the boats and the sailors. The waters are full of cursed islands, underwater ruins, and other mysteries.

Although a very large stretch of water between the Solari Archipelago and the continent of Zimura, the Invisible Tides is not commonly sailed my merchants, as they choose to sail a route on the opposite side of Rose Valley Basin, taking some risk with bandits and pirates sailing around the Peninsula of Fabled Treasures, but minimal risks compared to sailing The Invisible Tides. There is an obvious visual distinction in the waters when sailing where the Tides begin and end so lookouts and navigators can prepare for it.
