The Cobalt Bazaar

The Cobalt Bazaar is located on the Cobalt Oasis and is an open air market of Triton merchants who sell weapons made of Pearlsteel, special delicacies like Dragon Turtle Gumbo, Fried Grindylow Bites, and Cocoplum Shrimps. There are also stalls selling clothes made of Sea Satin, jewelry made from coral, seashells, rocks, and bones, a potion stall that sells many different potions, but most notably to tourists, Potions of Water Breathing.

There are tour guides that are around the Bazaar who will offer tours under the sea to visitors who would otherwise be landbound without a potion. They offer tours of the nearby reefs, and a nearby underwater city of Sea elves.
