Solari Naval Base

This island was occuped by the Solari once their navy, one quite humble, grew to need its own base for the military's ships and sailors. Once, long ago, the ships were stored in the Port District of Solari City, but they congested the port so badly that it was impacting trade, and the Solari sought land North. One side believes it was a simple act of necessity, others question the Solari's motive for controlling so much territory and disagree with how they took the island. Skeptics of the Solari believe that they are settling for so many different uses for purposes of greed and expansion, instead of sticking to what they know. Some also claim that these islands are disguises for larger political plans and goals. The Solari regularly patrol the seas between the Keys and Archipelago.

Although the island is named a Naval Base, the actual Naval base is split into two, with ports on either side of the island. To the East is Ralasath Naval Base: Bulwark Division, and to the West is Stormmane Naval Base: Pathfinder Divison. They both have different specializations within the navy. Ralasath Base is much larger than Stormmane and is the major port where the majority of the dormany naval ships are stored in between times of trouble and/or war.
