Isle of Exiles

This island is a refuge for exiles. A hodgepodge of characters, this island is home to many outcasts and exiles who were deemed by the Solari to be strange, but not threatening or dangerous. The Solari Council provides benefits to the exiles if they choose to live on the island. The benefits do not necessarily outweight living on Solari Isle, but some find it more comfortable not having to think about or tiptoe around their exile status in daily life, or to be somewhere that reminds them more of home.

This island is cause for strong opinions and controversy both in and outside of Solari territory for a few reasons; the first being that many assume this is where the Solari dump their exiles, especially because of the close proximity to the prison colony. The second is how the island came to be -- this island was occuped by _____ when Solari City and much of Solari Isle was becoming a refuge for exiles from the Western Expanse.

The Solari government was unhappy with the high numbers of strange characters popping up, especially in the capital city, and set this island up as a means to lure the exiles to this land. This is when they found the Trailblazers of Karna, and their first mission was to go into The Western Expanse and to bring back flora, fauna, and relics from the native areas of the exiles so their new Isle could be developed accordingly to lure them back to a location that felt closer to their homes.
