Kindmaple, Goddess of Time

Kindmaple, Goddess of Time is a Neutral Goddess of the Pantheon of Time. She is also the Godling that ascended to form the pantheon of time and the head of the pantheon. Kindemaple was one of the last to ascend and therefor had the opportunity to see many godling species flourish, many empires rise and fall, and her conclusion was that all current species rushed through life way too quick, even the elves, known for their longevity and patience did not truly enjoy the time they had,as they constantly had goals and objectives and lists... oh so many lists. After several millennia of searching Kindmaple stopped looking for a champion, she did not believe anyone could truly appreciate time the way she wished them to. She settled down in a nice little cottage and enjoyed her days. Listening to the butterflies as they search the garden, watching the trees and plants grow. She truly did enjoy time, with no interruptions from the rowdy, always in a rush "civilized" individuals. After some time though, she noticed that the grand oak in her yard had gotten sick, and was dying. Having spent more than half her life enjoying the company of this oak, she did something even she wasn't sure she was able to. She chose a champion, the tree, the very tree she spent countless summers lying under. That tree became the first plantfolk. A tree ent. Kindmaples pantheon then continues to make many more plantfolk, long living and patient, they truly do enjoy time.

Kindmaple can be found in most pantheon of time temples, though pantheon of time temples are few and far between. Kindmaples opinion that anything worth doing is worth taking your time doing results in her clerics spending many generations, often millennia building her temples. This results in few temples being started, and even fewer being completed, but the ones that were completed are often the most extravagant temples of them all. Symbolism and art cover everything within, generations of artists displaying their best and finest masterpieces. All of this over millennia combined into temples that themselves are pieces of art and history.
