Before the Ash Salinger was a bard, of no fame but at least well traveled - after the mount exploded he was one of many who took their former talents to a different task. He signed up with the Ravens after their victory in Hull Hallow, and was carried away to the new world. Salinger is never far from a celebration - any victory no matter how small is enough to throw a party. Music, wine, and food remind him of the world he knew only ash. He has a proclivity for women, the more exotic the better, and talks as much about the spoils of war as combat itself.
