Following the Leader

Session 4

After leaving the underground portion of the orc camp, we ascended into the daylight outside of the camp walls and were ambushed by five orcs, including the Orc Leader and two archers.   The Orc leader ran like a coward as the other four attacked.   We killed two of the orcs and the remaining two orcs fled into the woods after the leader.   We gave chase, though we had little to go on to determine where our quarry had fled to.   We followed what we thought was their trail for several days, encountering more and more orc patrols as we went along.   We passed by a razed village but did not stop to investigate.   We approached a large orc stronghold and are currently deciding what to do next.
