Wyllis is the youngest son and youngest child overall of Brettyl Cloudshaker. At 17, he only recently came into his lands to become Prince of the principality of The Broken Plain and Lord of Cockscomb, its seat. For the most part, public opinion is that he is a benevolent, but ineffectual ruler who would rather spend his time drinking, dicing and laughing than seeing to the day to day affairs of his office.
