The Owlswood (Forest)
The Owlswood is the smallest of the four Great Forests of the Seven. It is located in Eastern Empyrea, near the border with Eberon, at the base of the Border Mounts that run the length of Empyrea's border with the Wastes.
The Owlswood is the only one of the Great Forests that is not populated primarily by elves, though there is a tribe of some 200 wood elves that dwell among its trees outside of Eostrix.
Eostrix is the City in the Clearing in the center of the Owlswood, and the seat of the Owlswood Principality. The current Lady of the Wood is Princess Nym, fourthborn and eldest daughter of King Brettyl. Eostrix boasts a population of around 10,000.
