Drömmar

Drömmar is a wiry little man and nervous. It's hard to guess his exact age, but something about him hints at being older than he looks, and he looks a bit like a weathered piece of leather. Widely considered to be the most powerful seer in all of Empyrea, his services are widely sought after, but rarely given. Mostly he gives inquirers a quick "fuck off" as he returns to whatever drink he has sitting in front of him.
