Regrettably, I have stumbled upon a rather disconcerting discovery. Enclosed with this message is our scan of Sark, a sizable town situated on the Mervyne Coast peninsula in the Eastern Provinces, where the ongoing disturbances are taking place.
According to local records, Sark should be an abandoned town. Reportedly, during the Great Rift, a catastrophic event—a tidal wave, if the records are to be believed—struck the town, forcing its surviving inhabitants to flee. Since then, it has remained desolate, a ghost town. However, our scans have revealed unexpected activity within the area—a substantial amount, to be precise.
It is my belief that this may serve as a rebel stronghold of sorts. My Lord, I understand that our scanning operation is intended to remain covert, but could this intelligence potentially be utilised for our advantage?
