The Holy Empire

The Holy Empire, The Imperials, The Empire or only known as the Church of Midgand is an organisation of individuals who were known to exist throughout the previous calamity. They were founded by Duke Pantare, as a means of solving the wrongs of the past and preventing destruction. During the Years that it existed, it gained much popularity and support.
They believe that the truth means that they fight against the “impurity” or darkness that corrupts the very Leyline essence. Those who fight on behalf of the Holy Empire are known as exorcists, religious soldiers, Paladins and Warriors who fight for king and country to protect the land around their home.
The Midgand Empire, also known as the Holy Empire. An Organisation and Country of individuals who are known to exist before the calamity. And their goal is to make the world unified under their rule.
Founded by Duke Pantare, as a means of solving the wrongs of hte past and preventing an ongoing destruction. He believed that he should control and change the world for an improved tomorrow, it gained much in belief due to the support of followers who saw him as a new god to write the wrongs. His belief became strong enough to become an actual deity.
To Fight is to destroy the "impurity" or "Malevonce" that corrupts the very core of individuals and the planet's astral energy. The individuals who fight for the Duke, are known only as exorcists, religious soldiers, warriors of the truth and believers. As they fight to protect their home and unify thsmselves onto the God of Daimore.
They are currently in an unending war with the Demonic Entities of the Rift that has opened up on the islands known as the Broken Coast

Structure

The Holy Empire’s Ranking System is a detailed ladder meant to exemplify one’s status in the organisation. The Duke sits on top of the ranking system as leader and legate, followed by two others that have achieved the rank, Artorius & Chronos.
Below the legate rank is known as the Praetor of which there exist around 100, though they vary within sub-rankings from Vholran and Heldalf, they are only known as consuls. There are other ranks from primus.
Consuls are adept in combat and leadership and therefore are given more authority. At the bottom of the ranking system are orderlies of which there are over 3,000 in total.
