Ever since the First Calamity, the world has been victim to a catastrophic cycle of opportunists and destruction that has enveloped the realm and threatens those who live upon the soil. However, the inhabitants of the world have found some way to persevere with the hope of the light.   They have created command organisations which combine the military, economic and technological resources of a city state in order to better prepare for any ongoing doom.
