The Veil of Pakani is an eternally cloudy glass box owned currently by Olivia, Oracle of Pakani. It is passed down by the Head Elders of Rienapol, and represents the earned right to rule over Pakani. Its clouds, when held in the hand in oracular concentration, form into a scene (such as the one in the header). This scene may or may not occur in the future, and can only be observed by inputting some of your own luck, essentially shortening your life.
