Chroniclers of Ops

It is by avoiding future sin that we retain a remission of the sins of the past.
— Henry B. Eyring

The Chroniclers of Ops, often abbreviated to the Chroniclers, are a secretive group of climate neutrality advocators turned extremist. While no one really knows when they were originally founded, most assume it to be in 26 A.P. with the first mass industrialization of the Sheng Commonwealth. The Chroniclers usually remain passive to the events of the world, but have been known to take actions when they deem it necessary. Such incidents often take the form of well-planned surgical strikes on key installation done through the use of drones and field commanders. One such incident was the attack on the Oberon Command Center in late 83, where a single individual took over the entire complex in a single swift attack.

Naturally, the Chroniclers have been hunted ever since their emergence in 83, but very few members have actually been caught, with most of them committing suicide to prevent any leak of information. Their known suppliers and collaborators, however, were not so lucky, forcing the Chroniclers to rely on in-house production. This, however, has made the group very resilient and autonomous, making it extremely difficult to find their facilities and members. Their influence has also been noticed with several high-ranking officials, who were naturally arrested, but led many others to believe that the Chroniclers have influence over many others in government or corporate positions.
