Realm of the Mammoth Lords

A large nation which occupies a stretch of the Northern most expanses of Avistan. While considers a Country, it's exact borders, and political inclinations are always in a mild state of flux, as the Country is rules by the Council of Clans, which is a group of representatives from each Clan, and the balance of power is always shifting. In addition to this fairly decentralized power structure, many Clans are semi-nomadic, and there are only a handful of permanent cities, particularly as you get further north.
