Personal history
Kimber Jones grew up on Helios with her mother, father, and younger sister. The planet functions as the Aetheon Inc. home planet. Her father was a senator on the planet and much of Kimber's early memories were political galas and running through the wide halls of the senate building. When kids started disappearing on Helios, Kimber's father helped to start a sanctuary at an old theater, for kids that went into hiding when they suspected they might go missing next.
When Jayleen Joshi, Vincent Rossi, and Sora Saito show up at the theater, seeking a place to hide, Kimber realizes that they might both be involved in the same conspiracy. After Aetheon pulls a large-scale military operation and thousands of kids are taken in one night, including the ones hiding in the theater, Kimber is forced to run away with the growing Hellkids crew. She's pragmatic and divisive, helping to balance some of Jayleen's more fiery tendencies.

Accomplishments & Achievements
Academically, Kimber's accomplishments would keep one scrolling for ages. Before leaving Helios, she was a captain for her school's Model IHC (Interstellar Humanity Council) club, class secretary, and president of her school's Academic Decathalon club. She also led a youth group at her local church.
Failures & Embarrassments
Kimber's biggest failure (in her eyes) is being unable to prevent the raid on her hidden theater. Though most of the kids got out safely, Kimber wishes she was able to save more kids and mourns the loss of this safe place.

Kimber's biggest fear is letting down those around her and her work going unnoticed.

Kimber grew up in a world of politics, and she holds the ideas of liberty and democracy close to her heart. She can't stand corruption or the idea of an authoritarian hellscape, and over her childhood, she has seen Aetheon systematically clamp down on her planet's political freedoms, and destroy the very democracy that her father participates in.
