Venya Grenfyx Garrick (a.k.a. Witch of the Myrkvyer Woods)
The infamous witch of the Myrkyver Woods Venya is much friendlier than her reputation makes her seem. Being part of the extensive Clan Garrick she possesses a truly wondrous ability to create and invent. In her case, that involves the anointing of herbs and brewing of potions. She has made herself a cottage in the depths of the forest that is granting her nickname. Here she lives a secluded life, and receives the handful of stray visitors with warm hospitality.
Her nickname is thanks to the curses of the unfortunate standing on the receiving end of a foe enhanced by her potions.
She is friends with Anya Volynskaya another infamous figure in the northern isles. Yet despite their closeness, it seems that captain Lys has not been seen around Astuiria for a while.
