Taiyang Solar Monk (Tai-yang)
On a planet closest to Taiyo and Hikaru, there exist a series of special temples who have monks train a special style of magic and martial arts while drawing power from the suns. They are called the Taiyangs, and they live on mountain pillars above sun-scorched lands, where they study the way of the solar light and embrace the energy that comes from the sun to draw their power. They endure rigorous and grueling training to turn their bodies as hard as steels, and also take time to self reflect and meditate on circulating the energy of the suns into her body. It is said there are many tests where they fight or exercise under the glare of the sun, to the point where their bodies adapt and can absorb the light.
After successfully completing a large portion of their training, the Taiyang are capable of converting the energy of the sun as a form of Sword Style magic, either enhancing their body for super speed, super strength, increased armor or evasion, manipulate the solar light, to even transforming their body into an alternate form made of solar energy or light. Although capable of fighting in all situations from ranged to melee, they would be particularly power against creatures of the night, abberations, even space vampires.
Usually they gather children from Sun Villages that hide in caves that show promise, raising them as long term monks, they also accept people on or off world if they desire to learn the way of the sun. To complete their training, their final test is to fight against 18 Sun Knights, 18 of the founding members who have reached a pinnacle in their training they have become immortal statues that can animate whenever a challenger approaches. Difficult to defeat, and when a Taiyang succeeds in beating their trials they receive the honor to brand their arms with the symbol of Taiyo and Hikari onto their wrists, in which they would be recognized for being magical martial arts experts.
Those who pass the test continue to stay, eventually becoming abbey members and teachers, or they travel the universe helping others. Their powers are only effective against people or beings with malice and darkness in their hearts and cannot harm those who are innocent or pure of heart.
Taiyang are recognized for not only the sun tattoos on their wrist, but when they release their power they release a trail of solar particles that take the form of a scarf around their neck or a sash on their waist. Their powers become less effective when in complete darkness, but they still have martial arts to defend themselves.
