The Shadralin Order

The Shadralin Order is a branch of the followers of Lady Yaven, particularly prevalent in the settlements on the southwestern edge of Fraywood. It's a newer religion, though still several centuries old, made by a combination of the teaching of Yaven and the traditions of the druids of the area.
The order is made up mostly of clerics and druids, followers of both Yaven and of nature itself.

Tenets of Faith

The Shadralin Order is dedicated to preserving nature and maintaining balance in the world. Followers must dedicate time each day to meditation and keeping their minds centered, free from the sways of the world around. The order teaches that law, chaos, evil, and even good are all influences to be kept under check. They believe that each of these opposites creates their counterpart, and that to keep the world safe and balanced and centered approach is required.
Members of the order are tasked with promoting their ideals through teaching and discussions, while keeping their own minds from straying too far in any one direction. They are to consider all sides before taking action, and to ensure a balanced resolution to conflict where they can. However, they are also not to interfere with every even unnecessarily, as the druids believe the world has its ways of balancing itself out, and strive mostly to promote balanced thought and careful reasoning rather than to interfere with most events directly.
The primary conflict the order involves itself in is ones involving forces from outside the Riftgrounds. The world may balance itself over time, but forces from the outside interfere with this balancing, tipping the scales to their own ends. Besides being peaceful advocates for peace, this is the primary purpose of the Shadralin Order. They roam the world, seeking out rifts and the things that emerge from them, aiming to ensure they don't interfere with the balance of the world, and removing those than do however they must.
