Former Moff responsible for taking control of the system. Was framed by the then Admiral Chetzenn. Stole Chetzenn's datapad before defecting to the Rebels.
Met by Brett Savage Udart Gunt Noob Nunb on Tartarus 2 II
Now a leading figure in the rebellion in the Rhao Solar System and inhabited Ancient Temple on Tartarus II with a band of Rebels.
After the Imperial assault on Tartarus II most of Tzchens rebel unit, including himself formed up with the Republic and based on Berchtesgaden.
Was wrongly suspected of hiring the Clawdite that assassinated Admiral Blarken. Was arrested for being a traitor and sent to Coruscant to await trial.

Morality & Philosophy

Takes a hard line stance. Been known to execute prisoners as well his own operatives after a sham trial.
