Tuemis Chen'Yah is a bookie and was a council member of the Takron-5 settlment.
Tuemis is in charge of the legal gambling that goes on in the settlment.
Tuemis was born into a family of organised crime, which were purged when the empire took control of the galaxy. Tuemis fled to the outer rim to escape and restart the family business.

Tuemis was angry when she heard Noob Nunb had left Takron-5 without settling his debts. She currently believes he is on Tartarus 2 II.
