Personal history

Tel Ghiz was never the brightest spark, even when judged by the relatively primitive standards of his Talz brethren. But what he lacked in brains, he more than made up for with his size and plucky attitude, unfortunately Tel was also extremely clumsy and broke most things he came into contact with. This made him quite unpopular amongst his tribe and talk of exile was often raised with the chieftain, but no one could deny the usefulness of his extraordinary strength and they continued to tolerate his presence.
This lasted up until the day of the Chieftain’s son’s wedding; an important day for the Talz where two warring tribes would finally join together and know peace. Naturally, the Chieftain wanted everything to run smoothly so banned Tel from attending the ceremony. But the only thing that matched Tel's size and clumsiness was his hunger… The bored Talz’s stomach inevitably began to rumble and following his nose, he snuck into the banquet hall once the proceedings had begun and went to town on the ceremonial roasted Narglatch. This was seen as an afront to the opposing tribe, and enraged by the disrespect, they promptly called off the wedding and left; vowing to return again, but this time under a banner of war.
This was the last straw for the Chieftain, and fearing Tel’s presence would further invoke the wrath of the other tribe, he was forced to exile him. Of course, Tel had no idea what any of these long words meant, but the two guards ushering him onto a transport told him he would be going somewhere he could meet lots of new friends, which sounded awesome! So he happily followed their directions.
Since then he’s simply bumbled around the galaxy meeting interesting people wherever he could, most notable of all his pet runderen, and best friend, Nurman. As he wandered from place to place, work was never far away due to his enormous stature, but keeping the jobs always proved to be tricky... They always seemed to end with someone shouting at him? He never paid them much mind though and always enjoyed moving on as it meant he got to meet more friends! Or at least he thinks they're his friends...
