Personal history

Born Ven Behzak, Kayvan knew only oppression growing up, as all Clawdites did on their home world of Zolan. He was different from his brethren though and had a talent for getting into places he wasn't supposed to. Many times, he thought he should have been caught but the onlookers seemingly saw straight through him and moved on without saying a word.
Kayvan always put it down to luck, but deep down he could feel there was more to it than that, he just couldn't work out what... He never dared speak out about his abilities for fear of further persecution but he felt a connection to something out there, something far bigger than himself.
For all of Kayvan’s interest in ascertaining the origins of his gifts, he could not ignore the plight of his fellow Clawdite’s going on around him right now and decided someone needed to take a stand against their Zolander tormentors; and well... guess if no one else was prepared to do it, it would fall to him. He would become a symbol of hope in the face of oppression, and vowed to fight it in all its forms.
Unfortunately, the Zolander’s were not pleased with Kayvan’s actions and declared him an enemy of the state, putting a large price on his head and quickly turning many of those he’d vowed to help into opportunistic bounty hunters. Feeling the Zolanders grip beginning to tighten around him, he knew escape was his only option and assumed a generic human form as he stowed away on a leaving transport with no idea of his destination.
As he left his old home behind, he vowed that one day he would return to liberate his people.
