Orcs

Orcs, the most populous of the Reborn, are a common sight worldwide. A diverse race of survivors, orcs can be found living - and often thriving - anywhere in the world.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Orcs, alongside elves, are the closest of the Reborn races to the humans of old. Large, tusked, green-skinned humanoids with pointed ears and typically (but not universally) muscular builds, orcs are tough and famously hardy. Despite their bestial appearance, orcs are just as intellegent as any other Reborn, and are in fact known (or at least widely stereotyped) as clever and quick-thinking.

Orcish cultures are widely diverse - most clans found small villages, often at the edges of the foreboding wastelands created in many places by the Return. With their great physical strength and knack for finding creative solutions to problems, orcs are natural builders. Orcs also tend to assimilate well into urban environments, and many can be found in the young towns and cities that scatter the world.
