The ancient land of the Elves, Pyandonaea was regarded as the greatest civilisation in the Realms of Ratha, with mighty cities patrolled by magical servants, their weather perfectly controlled by wizards from the Arcane University. However, few outsiders had ever seen this mystical lands - Pyandonaea's borders were tightly controlled with both military patrols and magical wards, meaning that few non-elves had ever set foot in the mystical land. Until recently, when Queen Aestorah XI decreed that the borders be opened, and adventurers be invited from all the Realms of Ratha. On their arrival, these adventurers did not discover the empire of legend - the Elves' magic had decayed over the years, as their lifespans and birth rates decreased leaving the continent largely abandoned but for the Silver City and a few scattered towns. Fortunately, with the aid of these adventurers, Pyandonaea was restored to its former glory, a thriving land of magic and craft, in a paradise-like, verdant continent.
