Elluin, Sea Elf God of Ships
'And the shipwright presented his work to the dragon, who stood atop it as it set across the Forbidding Sea. And Rego said to the shipwright 'Your craft is fit for the gods, and so I name you divine. Elluin, your ships shall live on in legend, and those of your children shall be unparalleled, untouched by the most fearsome waves.' And it was so.' - The Words of the Faith, Adventus, 17:28-31Sea elven ships are the finest to sail the seas of Ratha, and it is said that this is due to the blessing of Elluin. Elluin taught his people to build ships, at the dawn of their time on the world, from the smallest skiffs to the mightiest galleons. Every competent shipbuilder has shrines to and charms of this god, and consults the ancestral sea elven tomes for techniques regarding building, waterproofing, and navigation. And the ships made by these competent builders always seem to come out a little bit more effective than those made with similar techniques without reverence for the patron of shipbuilders.
