Eladrin
'It seems that all mortals have their favourite season, but it's hard to deny that they are all beautiful. Spring's new life, Summer's lazy heat, Autumn's crisp evenings, and Winter's glistening white. We eladrin are in-tune with these seasons, and we delight in experiencing them all. That's why we leave the Faewild, to travel the rest of the world and see them in their full glory.' - Pryssys, travellerEladrin are a particularly subdued, spiritual type of Fae. They are closely tied to the seasons, on a biological level - their physiology often changing with the seasons, or changing to whichever season most reflects their current emotion. They are protectors of nature, mostly patrolling the Eldenwood to stop those few settlements within encroaching too far on the beauty of nature. While they are rare outside of the Eldenwood, they have been known to travel the world, to see and protect the natural world.
