Farlos'Dal

Also known as the 'Pale Wood' Farlos'Dal expands for miles along the western coastal territories of Lorian. The thick, foreboding domain serves as the lone land mass between the cities of Greinstock and Kelrin forcing all travel between the two to be taken by sea, risking the dark waters of the Fate over whatever might lurk within that vast wood scape. Widely considered to be the last enchanted forest left in the realm it is perhaps no wonder why the inhabitants of the forest protect it with such aggression and fever. Though there have been no outsiders permitted within Farlos'Dal since the turn of the age historical texts suggest that within it's dense forestry wait all manner of magical wildlife. It was said that the air itself is brimming with primal magic throughout the terrain enhancing and shaping the creatures within its boarders both beast and otherwise. 
For those who live near the forest's boarders it isn't uncommon to see cowled humanoid figures slipping in and out of sight beneath the shade of the tree line. Known to some a Wardens the Primal Order is a collective of druidic worshipers of the great forest. Little is known of this group and its purpose beyond their duties as caretakers of the enchanted wood.  The few who have clashed with these wardens and lived to speak of it weave stories of primal fury and beastial might unlike anything practiced in the current age. To some Farlos'Dal is a relic of a time long past meant to be preserved and respected from afar. To others it is merely an obstacle placed squarely in the way of progress for this new age.
