Magic is the catch-all term used to describe the various manifestations of power that the people of Haygra can channel. It flows through everything in Haygra, and Arcane Magic is overflowing in this new Era. The density of magic is so great that even the most mundane of peasants have the capability to cast rudimentary cantrips given a small amount of training. The three classifications of Magic (In order of Most to Least common) are as follows:Arcane Magic
Arcane Magic is the manipulation of the physicality of the world to produce various powers and is pulled from an individual's connection to the innate magic of the Realm. It covers spell effects that produce large elemental surges, divining magics that allow the sight of an individual to see from different points, and various other effects.Divine Magic
Divine Magic is the magic of The Gods, and only the strongest mortals can channel it through themselves. Most Divine Magic Practitioners pull their magic from the entity they worship, manifesting in small displays of power. Divine Magic covers the Cleric, Paladin, and Druid spell lists, allowing their followers to mimic the effects of Arcane Magic.Dunamis Magic
The most elusive of the Magic types, Dunamis is the manipulation of the residual energy of the soul. Pulling on these strings of power, Dunamis can pull on the soul of the world to manipulate gravity, twist fate in the casters favor, and even pull on the universe itself to bend time to the casters will. Due to the extremely powerful nature of this magic type, it is highly regulated by the Pantheons of the Realms. Most Magic Practioners will go their entire careers believing the more basic Dunamis spells to be Arcane in nature as the more complex aspects of Dunamancy never cross their paths.
