Glidebeak

Glidebeak: The glidebeak is a unique saurial with the ability to fly. Much is unknown about their relation to the saurial ancestry, but they will often show traits from other saurials. From feathered glidebeaks which can be mistaken for knifeclaws, to fleshy head ornamentation of the thunderspotters. Unique to them, is an elemental adeptness for the air and how the heat flows in space. These mutations cause much variety in this subspecies, and certain researchers argue they should be separated even further. One thing is for certain, however. Glidebeaks play a critical role in saurial colonies. Giving access to otherwise unavaiable resources and providing air support when necessary.
Appearance: In general, glidebeaks will be based on pterosaurs, though some are also based on proto-birds like archaeopteryx and microraptor. They also are more likely than other saurials to have mutations, including having traits usually found in the other subraces. Their relations to knifeclaws wings (for the proto-birds) and thunderspotter crests (for the pterosaurs) being baseline examples.
Ability Score Increase: One ability score of your choice increases by 1.
Speed: Your base walking speed decreases to 25 feet.
Flight: You gain a 35 foot flying speed.
Pecking Face: Your mouth is an unarmed weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. As a bonus action, you can use this attack after you use the cantrip from your Elemental Evolution feature.
Elemental Evolution: You have an affinity with fire and air that you can call upon. You gain 1 cantrip of your choice which deals fire, lightning, or thunder damage. Otherwise you can choose a cantrip that controls air, fire, or lightning; such as Control Flames or Gust. Your spellcasting ability for this spell is your proficiency bonus + your choice of Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma.
Carnivore: You can use meat as the material component for your racial spellcasting.
