Caelfall

The Dark Water Clan’s settlement in Caelfall was originally built on the shores of the Dark Water Sea, allowing for easy access to the sea and quick transport to and fro their established trade routes. Their ships, which have been around since the Clan’s founding, are still used today. These vessels are small but powerful and perfect for navigating the waters of Caelfall, and the tridents favored by the clan serve as a symbolic reminder of their reliance on the sea.
The clan’s economy is largely based around fishing and trade. The clan sends out ships loaded with fish to major trading hubs throughout the continent, while also trading directly with the locals of Caelfall. The nearby small harbor has become the hub of the trading operations, filled with fishing boats, and merchant vessels.
The architecture of the Clan's settlement mainly consists of rough and sturdy structures, given the nature of the harsh climate of the area. These buildings can be divided into two categories: the harbor which lines the beach, as well as wooden houses and huts, which are used as dwellings by clan members. The harbor is filled with bustling activity and the Clan’s ships, while the wooden structures offer a retreat for the locals from the everyday activity of the shore.
